Pinoy Shiritori

K and I were watching another jdrama titled Voice. Of course, we discovered it because it stars the love of K's life.

Anyway, one of those episodes featured this guy who was not allowed to talk to his son anymore. But they secretly kept in touch by playing a game of Shiritori through email.

So K and I decided to play it too, through twitter. But we use pinoy words for it to be more challenging.

Well, what's Pinoy Shiritori? Here are the rules.

1.  First player says a word. The next player should then say a word which begins with the last syllable of the previous word (e.g. kape -> pera)
2. You can only use nouns. And you must take a picture of it. Images from the internet are not allowed.
3. Players are given 24 hours to think of the next word and take a picture of it, and tweet it. If they are not able to do so, then they lose.
4. However, you should be able to connect another word to the word that you're about to play as well. Otherwise, it's you who loses (ex. you play the word "yoyo" but you can't think of another word that begins with "yo" also, then you are the one who loses).
5. Filipino words and those that are already integrated in the Filipino language and are used in day-to-day conversations can be used.

We've also invited J and M to play with us. In my dry runs with K, the game seems to be difficult. So let's see how long this will last.
